Rachael Grammer was my saving grace!!! She was fantastic when it came to every little detail of the wedding! Without her I would have been so stressed and disorganized, but with Rachael I was very prepared and relaxed!!! Even my husband, who was very skeptical about getting a wedding planner, thought she was fabulous and definitely necessary. She is always prepared, very meticulous on organization, full of helpful advice, and truly a great person. I feel like we started with a wedding planner and ended with a friend!

Hiring a wedding planner was the best decision I made! I was on a tight budget but I still purchased the full--service planning package from Two Hearts and it was money well-spent! She stretched my money farther than I could have on my own! Beyond that, Rachael made planning for my wedding and the wedding day so much easier. There were many times that I wish I didn't have to answer so many questions with so much detail, but it definitely paid off when the wedding day arrived! I trusted Rachael completely throughout the whole process and even more so on the wedding day. She was always professional, always listened to what I wanted or didn't want, and always made excellent recommendations. Because of her, my wedding day was completely stress-free and I was able to relish every minute of it. Thank you Rachael!!

Rachael was very easy to work with and professional. She worked with me in providing my new bride with a special Unity Candle surprise. Her knowledge of DJ's, florists, cake maker's etc made the planning process very easy, although, being the groom I didn't have to do much except say; "yes dear, that looks lovely". :-)

If you are a bride that pays attention to detail, make sure you get a DETAILED description of all products and services provided from each vendor because a lot of mine ended up doing what they wanted to anyways.

Rachael took our budget and planned the entire event from start to finish. Could not have asked for anyone more efficient. We enjoyed working with her. Her ideas were outstanding and she took the worry off our shoulders so that we could enjoy the day - as we should have without stress. Wow, don't think there was a thing that we would have changed. Rachael did a fantastic job coordinating our wedding! She is so professional and organized and remembers every single detail!! I'm not quite sure what we would have done without her there, everything flowed so smoothly! The day went perfect, thanks to all of her hard work!

Rachael was extremely helpful in planning a wedding for us with just over 4 months to get everything taken care of. This was a wedding with 75% of our guests(175 people) coming from out of town. She did a great job recommending vendors and keeping us on schedule. My wife was doubtful that we could get everything done in time, but Rachael alleviated those concerns quickly and followed through in her actions. Everything was coordinated perfectly including our rehearsal dinner that she helped out a great deal. Basically all we had to do was pick what vendors we wanted to use and when the day came there were no worries. Rachael was full service all the way...picking up guest bags and delivering them to hotels, delivering everything to the reception including party favors, pictures, and anything else we needed to be there. Everything was completely flawless and it showed by our guests reactions and we didn't lift a finger on our wedding day. If you need help with your wedding or any other event for that matter, Two Hearts Weddings and Events is the way to go.

Rachael actually helped me as the groom's mother with the rehearsal dinner. Since the wedding was an out of town event for me, Rachael was extremely helpful with: suggestions for invitations, linens, decorations, caterer, bar set-up, table set-up, directions for me and guests, returning calls or emails as soon as possible, reaching out to people who had not sent rsvp for dinner, offering supplies to decorate, helping with quiet music and the slide show, and clean-up!!! AND that was only the rehearsal dinner!!! I'm sure I left something out but without her help, I would never have been able to make the dinner so elegant and successful.

I originally chose to hire a wedding planner to assist on the day of the wedding. To my surprise Rachael (Two Hearts Weddings and Events) proved to be more valuable than just an event planner. She is extremely creative, when we needed to think “outside the box” her resources on venders was a life saver. She is extremely professional when resolving unforeseen matters, and every wedding will have one or two or three “crises” matters come to surface. Her organizational skills were instrumental in keeping each step of planning the wedding running like clockwork. In her experience as a wedding planner you can count on her to be honest and tell you what will and will not work (and she is right). She listens to your ideas, is quick to respond to a phone message or e-mail, and will spend quality time in each meeting discussing the details and not rush you. I would highly recommend Two Hearts Weddings and Events to anyone needing services in planning a wedding or any special event.

Still can not believe that our wedding could be so perfect! Rachael worked so hard to make all of my dreams come true. I wanted a complete beach theme and boy did we get it! From the very first day, she provided us with everything that we needed to get our venue, find my dress, the groomsmen apparel, florist, photographer. Her giant clam shells filled with sand-dollars for table assignments, the candy table using shell bowls filled with candies in our colors.....the way she worked with the Hilton staff and made everything seem so effortless . The amazing part of this is that it was a destination wedding and she made it marvelous. Thank you Rachael, we can't ever express our appreciation

Rachael was absolutely wonderful! She helped my mom and I so much on my wedding day. She was very responsive to emails and phone calls and helped us take care of all the little details of planning a wedding! She did an awesome job.
