Photography Shoppe

In the beginning, I enjoyed working with Photography Shoppe. They were flexible about allowing me to pay for additional time for the 2 photographers. My photographers were awesome! Jenna and Jennifer had great personalities and were very easy to work with. I love them. My issues with Photography Shoppe actually started AFTER the wedding. My wedding was October 22, 2011. As of today, December 17, 2011, I still have not received my photos. I was told I would have them within 5-6 weeks. After that time period I wrote a number of emails asking when I would receive my photos. Finally, I received word that the editors hadn't even started editing my photos because they were behind and still working on previous events. I think it would have been more professional of them to let me know up front that they were running behind and to nail down an estimate of when I should receive them. As of today, the only thing I know is the pictures have been sent to another office to be edited. I'm very sad that it looks like I will not have the pictures back before Christmas. If I had been planning to give them as gifts or send out Christmas cards I would have been screwed.

The company is part of a larger company based out of Baton Rouge. I loved our photographers, Brendon and Jenny, and they were extremely easy to get along with. You get a lot for your money with these guys! My only complaints are that 1.)they are based in Birmingham and can't always get out to Atlanta on the days that are easiest for you and 2.) the photographers are not the ones that edit your photograhs-some random person in Baton Rouge that you have no contact with does this. With that being said, they do try to accomadate all of your needs and are very quick to resond to your emails. I enjoyed working with them!
