Excalibur Limousine Service

We had a great experience with Excalibur. We actually used them the night we got engaged, Luke did such a great job, we requested him to handle transportation of our wedding party for our wedding! Luke was on-time and easy to work with!

Awful experience!

The limo service was on time and very reasonable, however, they double charged me during the whole process. I opened an account specifically for my wedding and they had my credit card number and double charged me without letting me know anything. This led to me believing I had more money in my account than I actually did. I didn't appreciate that they charged my account again without any notification!

Their customer service was great! I was shopping around for a 300 series limo and I found two of them in this area and they were the same price to rent them. The customer representative that I talked to said that they would charge me a cheaper amount if I decided to go with them! I was impressed that a professional company was willing to go down on their price so they could keep my business! The limo drove me and my husband from the church to the reception and then from the reception to the hotel. I booked the limo for three hours and I the reception took longer than expected and we went about thrity minutes over and they didn't even charge us! The driver was great and so polite and he even turned on the college football game that was going on during the wedding. My husband loved this! It was a great experience!

The hummer i really wanted broke down so they brought a peice of crap limo that didnt fit my whole wedding party only wedding disaster i had and I was really disapointed then they took off with all our stuff in the back when the limo took us home
